FRANKLIN COUNTY - The American Electric Power is reporting more than 400 customers are without power in Franklin County.
AEP's power outage map shows over 450 customers are without power in Franklin County.
This is an improvment from earlier in the morning when, at one point, over 4,000 were without power.
