COLUMBUS, Ohio — Actor Mark Wahlberg has bought a fourth auto dealership in the Columbus area.
Jack Maxton Chevrolet, located at 700 East Dublin Granville Road, will now be known as Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington.
Jeff Mauk, the former owner of the dealership, said in a press release the Maxton name had been on the dealership for 90 years.
Wahlberg and his business partner Jay Feldman already launched Mark Wahlberg GMC and Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV this year.
Those dealerships are across the street from Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet, which is located at 3900 West Broad Street.
Wahlberg and Feldman bought that location in 2018.
“The people of Columbus have been good to us,” Wahlberg said in a press release.
“This latest acquisition just strengthens our roots and deepens our bond with the market," he said.
