OHIO, USA — A man died in a crash in Union County on Tuesday.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 61-year-old Dwight Farmer was traveling east in a Jeep Cherokee on U.S. 36 near Mackan Road in Dover Township around 1:30 p.m.
According to OSHP's preliminary investigation, Farmer crossed the centerline, drove off the left side of the road, hit an embankment and hit a guy-wire. After hitting the wire, the SUV rolled multiple times.
Farmer was pronounced dead at the scene, OSHP says.
A juvenile passenger was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
