Family looking for answers in homicide of 67-year-old Columbus man

The family said Mark Terrell was a military veteran and the patriarch of the family.

Officials say 67-year-old Mark Terrell died after he was shot inside his garage on Friday, June 26, 2020.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A family is looking for answers after a Columbus man was shot and killed earlier this summer. 

On June 26, 67-year-old Mark Terrell was working inside his garage. 

Authorities say while Terrell was working, a suspect entered the garage and shot him. 

Terrell was taken to a hospital where he later died. 

His family said Terrell was a military veteran, as well as the patriarch of the family.
