Heather Pick’s children participate in new 24-7 channel at the James Cancer Hospital

COLUMBUS, Ohio — It was a proud moment for the Heather Pick Music Program at the James Cancer Hospital.

Heather Pick, 10TV’s former morning anchor, passed away in November 2008 after a battle with breast cancer. The Heather Pick Music Program was started at the hospital to honor Heather's love for music.

Thursday, Heather's children, Julia and Jack, took part in a special filming for a new video channel that is now streaming 24-7 at the hospital.

They offered words of hope and encouragement for patients who can now tune in to watch performers live or taped.

And something Heather always said when she anchored at 10TV, "Enjoy today."
