COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Grove City man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Fayette County Wednesday morning, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. on state Route 207 when 58-year-old James Henson’s vehicle went off the road.
Henson was driving a Chevrolet Silverado southbound when it traveled off the left side of the roadway, striking several items including a tree before it overturned, OSHP says. Henson was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other passengers were inside the vehicle when the crash occurred.
According to OSHP, alcohol use is suspected in the incident and Henson was not wearing his seat belt.
There have now been three traffic-related deaths in Fayette County since the beginning of the year.
The Wilmington Post of OSHP is investigating the incident.
