LICKING COUNTY, Ohio — A 41-year-old woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Licking County Thursday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers with OSHP were called to the crash just before 3 p.m. on US Route 62 near milepost 11 in Bennington Township, located just northeast of Johnstown.

OSHP said Haley Beaudry, of Galloway, was driving a Toyota Corolla westbound on US Route 62 while a Mack semi was driving eastbound. The Corolla traveled left of center and hit the left side of the semi, causing both vehicles to slide off the north side of the road.

Beaudry was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The driver of the semi was not injured in the crash.

Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. Alcohol and drugs are unknown factors at this time.

The crash remains under investigation by OSHP.
