COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two of Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens’ popular holiday exhibitions, Holiday Blooms and Conservatory Aglow, are now open for the season.
Both exhibits will be open through Jan. 7, 2024, except closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
Conservatory Aglow is included in the evening experience and requires Special Engagement admission. Visitors can explore new displays, including lights synchronized with holiday melodies, immersive light installations, outdoor illuminated games, a lively dance celebration and a retreat to festive igloos for an assortment of tabletop games.
The exhibit will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. nightly and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays in December.
Admission not only grants you access to Conservatory Aglow but also includes a brand new experience with the interior Conservatory, featuring multi-color lit biomes and holiday scenes.
Holiday Blooms is included in the daytime and evening experiences. Visitors can see hundreds of unique poinsettias, poinsettia trees and more. Outdoors in the gardens, containers are creatively styled for the winter and the plants are accented by lights and decorative elements.
Additionally, from Dec. 1-14, Conservatory Aglow will feature a public ice skating rink for the nighttime experience. Guests can bring their own skates, or borrow some from the on-site inventory.
Both the daytime and evening experiences also feature live entertainment and musical performances on select dates.
