COLUMBUS, Ohio — Looking to get married on Valentine’s Day?
Franklin County Municipal Court is calling all engaged couples who are wanting a civil wedding ceremony this Feb. 14 to reserve an appointment.
The court will have judges available from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. While walk-ins are welcome, wait times may be longer and ceremonies will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Wedding ceremonies will take place in Courtroom 14A on the 14th floor of the Franklin County Municipal Court, which is located at 375 South High St. in Columbus.
The room will be decorated for the Valentine’s Day holiday and wedding party guests are able to attend.

There is no fee for the judges to perform the ceremony, but there is a $25 processing fee to obtain a marriage license which must be secured and paid for in advance on the 3rd floor of the Civil Division of the Court in Columbus.
Couples interested in the ceremony are required to provide their marriage license and the process fee receipt upon arrival and when they check in on the 14th floor for their ceremony to proceed.
