DELAWARE — The relentless rainfall is prompting Ohio State Parks to close the Delaware State Park and campground Tuesday night.
“The safety of our park guests is our top priority,” Ohio State Parks said in a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon.
The Delaware State Park was set to close to the public at 9 p.m. Tuesday. The campground was in the process of being shut down Tuesday afternoon.
The park and campground are set to reopen when the waters recede and they are deemed safe.
