FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Ohio -- Firefighters responded to a house fire early Friday morning in Fairfield County.
A dispatcher says a call about a fire in the 5000 block of Brook Road Northwest in Greenfield Township was received at 2:30 a.m.
The Greenfield Township fire chief says a man and woman woke up to "popping sounds" and smoke.
No injuries were reported.
There's no word on what caused the fire.
