COLUMBUS, Ohio — An organization dedicated to helping women in central Ohio is taking their mission on the road.
Dress for Success Columbus, located downtown, helps women with job preparedness skills and dressing for job interviews.
“Confidence is a significant part of being able to land a job and confidence crucial in being successful in your job,” Dress for Success Executive Director Angel Harris said.
To expand the number of women the agency can serve, Dress for Success is taking their styling suite on the road.
“We want to make sure our resources are obtainable for putting them where the need is,” said Joy Bivens, director with Franklin County Job and Family Services (FCJFS).
The new remote closet will offer guests at three central Ohio FCJFS locations access to a Dress For Success closet.
The pilot program kicked off at the Northland FCJFS location.
