MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio— Charges against a Madison Township officer have been dropped and the case is closed, according to Franklin County Municipal Court records.
The domestic violence charges against Officer Jacob Short were dismissed by request of the Franklin County prosecutor.
Monday the case was closed which ended the criminal investigation.
Short was placed on administrative leave in February pending the outcome of the case.
No further information was available about this case.
