Spencer Andrews has been arrested four times for drunk driving - one of those incidents resulted in the death of a bicyclist.
Thursday, a judge sentenced Andrews to 340 days in jail for his latest OVI
Andrews served four years in prison for the 2007 drunk-driving crash that killed bicyclist Michael Sonney. He had a previous OVI In 2005.
Since getting out of prison, he's had two additional OVIs, most recently on July 9.
The State Patrol said when they pulled Andrews over in July, he climbed out of the driver's seat and into the back seat.
Thursday Franklin County Municipal Court Judge James O'Grady found Andrews guilty of OVI and obstructing official business.
He sentenced him to six months in jail, and imposed an extra 160 days that were suspended from his 2014 conviction. He also suspended his driver's license for seven years.
A different judge had previously suspended Andrews' license for life. He was later granted limited driving privileges.
