HOCKING COUNTY, Ohio — A man was killed in a house fire in Hocking County, according to the Ohio State Fire Mashal's Office.
The fire started Tuesday morning in the basement of a home on Mann Road in Marion Township, just north of Logan.
The man's wife was able to escape from the home, a State Fire Marshal's Office spokesperson told 10TV.
The Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office said the cause of the fire is undetermined but there are no signs of criminal activity.
The name of the person who died has not been released.
