FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Ohio — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Fairfield County Thursday night, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 10:05 p.m. on state Route 158 and Rainbow Drive in Greenfield Township.
OSHP says 54-year-old Craig Berstler was driving a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on state Route 158 while a driver in a 2018 Ford Fusion was heading east on Rainbow Drive.
The Ford Fusion attempted to drive through the intersection when Berstler struck it.
Berstler was taken to Fairfield Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the Ford Fusion was treated for minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
