COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Franklin County Coroner's Office identified the 40-year-old woman who died following a crash on Interstate 270 in east Columbus last week.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police said the crash occurred on I-270 at East Broad Street and state Route 16 Wednesday evening.
The coroner's office told 10TV that Christy Brice was taken to Mount Carmel East Hospital for cardiac arrest. She later died at the hospital.
One other person was injured as a result of the crash.
Police said the crash on I-270 involved multiple vehicles, but how many is unclear. Columbus police did not provide additional details on what led up to it.
