Authorities have identified the man as Elvis Rivas.

Columbus Police were called early Sunday morning to the area of Hall Road and Cowtown Drive in southwest Columbus.
Officers arrived on the scene to find an unresponsive male along the side of the roadway.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
Columbus Police detectives are investigating the incident as a suspicious death.
They tell 10TV an autopsy will determine the cause and/or manner of death.
