COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two people were injured during a crash in north Columbus Sunday afternoon.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called on a report of a crash in the 4900 block of Cleveland Avenue, located just outside of the Minerva Park neighborhood, shortly before 4:40 p.m.
Columbus public safety dispatchers said one person was transported to Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in critical condition.
Columbus Division of Fire Batallion Chief Jeff Geitter said another person was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.
It's unclear how many vehicles were involved or what led to the crash.
The area of Cleveland Avenue where the crash occurred is closed at this time.
