Columbus Police say officers responded to report of a man with a gun at a Chase Bank branch located at 1111 Polaris Parkway. The bank is located in front of the large Chase complex at Polaris.
Employees at the Chase building tell 10TV they received an alert saying there was a "domestic disturbance" and for employees to take shelter. The alert stated police were sweeping the area and asked staff to remain in locked rooms.
No shots were fired and police do not believe there was a threat to the public. Police say they took calls of a man with a gun on his waist and there "never was a suspect."
