Coroner's office identifies 3 people who were found dead in west Columbus home

According to a spokesperson with Columbus police, it appears that the deaths are suspected overdoses, though detectives are still investigating.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Police are investigating after two men and one woman were found dead in a west Columbus home Wednesday night.

Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to a house in the 60 block of South Warren Avenue in the Hilltop neighborhood around 6:15 p.m. A public safety dispatcher told 10TV that the three people were found inside the home and pronounced dead at 6:24 p.m.

According to a spokesperson with Columbus police, it appears that the deaths are suspected overdoses, though detectives are still investigating.

The Franklin County Coroner’s Office identified the three people on Friday as 22-year-old Kaitlyn Christian, 24-year-old Phillip Stump and 24-year-old George Bennett.
