COLUMBUS, Ohio — Authorities issued an endangered missing child alert on Thursday for a 2-year-old girl who was taken by her non-custodial father in southwest Ohio and refuses to return her. Police believe they are in the Columbus area.
According to the Ohio Attorney General's Office, 2-year-old Naomie Lynn Mason was taken by her father, 23-year-old Devon Mason.
Authorities say Devon took Naomie from her home in Bethel, a village in Clermont County, and refuses to return her. Police say the child was last seen on Nov. 4 and is believed to be in danger.
Naomie is 2 feet tall, weighs 30 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Devon is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Clermont County Sheriff's Office at 513-732-2231.
