An 18-year-old has been indicted in the crash that killed a mother and her daughter, and a Gahanna Lincoln student, according to the Franklin County Prosecutor’s office.
The crash happened on the night of Oct. 12, 2019 at the intersection of Sunbury Road and Morse Road.
The prosecutor’s office said Kobie Stillwell was driving an Audi A6 eastbound on Morse Road at an “extremely high rate of speed” when he crashed into a Toyota Camry that was headed westbound.
A passenger in the Audi A6, 17-year-old JaShawn Scott, died days after the crash. Scott was a student at Gahanna Lincoln High School.
The driver of the Camry, who was later identified as 40-year-old Kumari Biswakarma and her daughter, 24-year-old Anju Biswakarma, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Another daughter in the backseat of the Camry was treated for serious injuries at a local hospital.
Stillwell and another passenger in the Audi A6 were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Stillwell is indicted on three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault.
