COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person is seriously injured after a crash in east Columbus early Monday morning.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, the single-vehicle crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on Parkview Boulevard, just north of the Kenilworth Road intersection.
The driver of a Toyota Camry reportedly failed to negotiate a curve in the road and struck a guardrail. The car continued along the road until it struck a tree, causing the vehicle to overturn.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The driver was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
