COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was killed in a shooting in northeast Columbus on Friday, police said.
Police responded to the 3500 block of Ringling Lane around 9:50 a.m. after they received a call about someone being shot.
The injured person was taken to a local hospital and was pronounced dead after 12 p.m.
Police said one person is in custody and homicide detectives are investigating.
