COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person is dead after a shooting on the city's south side Saturday morning, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Officers were called to the 1600 block of Parsons Avenue around 10:15 a.m. on reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. First responders pronounced that person dead at the scene.
It is unclear what led up to the shooting. No suspect information has been released at this time.
