COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was shot and killed in north Columbus Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, officers received a call for a report of a shooting around 2 p.m. at a hotel located on Quarter Horse Drive, just north of East Dublin Granville Road.
Police say one victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:11 p.m. The circumstances leading up to the shooting were not immediately known.
No information about a suspect was available.
