COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 22-year-old man died and two other people were injured in a shooting in the South Linden neighborhood on Tuesday.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, officers were called to the area of Dresden Street and East Blake Avenue for a report of a shooting around 11:45 a.m.
Officers found one person, identified as Nathaniel Camper, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition and later pronounced dead at 12:08 p.m., police say.
Two other victims self-transported to a local hospital and were treated for their injuries.
Police say investigators believe the incident stemmed from an argument among the involved parties.
