DELAWARE, Ohio — One person is in custody following a SWAT situation in Delaware, Ohio on Sunday.
The scene was on the 200 block North Franklin Street between West Lincoln Avenue and West Fountain Avenue.
Delaware police say a domestic disturbance call came in around 5:30 p.m.
When police arrived the suspect refused to comply with officers and would not let them inside the home.
Tactical teams and multiple other agencies then responded to the scene until the suspect finally gave in about 6 hours later.
That suspect was then taken to a local hospital.
Police were not able to release any other information.
