COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 35-year-old man is in critical condition after a shooting in south Columbus Thursday afternoon, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Officers were called to the 600 block of Frebis Avenue on reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found the man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
He was taken to Grant Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and immediately taken into surgery. He is listed in critical condition, according to police.
There is no information on a possible suspect or what led to the shooting.
