Geoffrey Kutila was slain on April 19, 2010 in an apartment located in the 5300 block of GreatOak Drive in Whitehall.
Police said that Kutila, 39, died from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
A native of Zambia, Kutila double-shifted his job for extra pay to make ends meet. He hadno criminal history, police said.
According to investigators, someone kicked in Kutila's front door, fired one shot and thenfled.
Nothing was taken from the apartment.
