Gahanna Police Officer, Police Dispatcher Arrested After Getting Into Altercation

Fairfield County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Gahanna police officer and a police dispatcher on Sunday after responding to a call about a disturbance.

According to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office, Officer Adam J. Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct persisting and falsification after Miller and a female Gahanna police dispatcher got into an altercation in the 300 block of West Wheeling Street in Lancaster.

The 23-year-old female dispatcher, who 10TV News did not name because of pending charges, also was arrested.  According to Gahanna city officials, the charges against the female dispatcher may have been dropped.

Miller, 33, was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
