Investigators said a woman who witnesses described as a "church lady" robbed a north side bankMonday morning.
The woman entered the Cooper State Bank, located at 1616 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., at about 9:30a.m. and approached the counter, according to the FBI.
She asked the teller several questions about the bank's rates before she pulled out a note anddemanded money. The woman indicated that she had a gun, 10TV News reported.
The FBI said the employee gave the woman money and she fled before police arrived.
The woman is described as black, in her 40s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build and darkcomplexion. She was wearing a black hat, glasses and a long black coat.
