Former Ohio State Highway Patrol Col. Richard Collins allegedly failed to report lunches on hisstate ethics disclosure report, 10 Investigates' Paul Aker reported Tuesday.
Inspector General Thomas Charles was scheduled to release a report later in the day that showedCollins purchased the lunches paid for by a state employee activity fund.
Collins resigned from the Ohio State Highway Patrol in August at the urging of Gov. TedStrickland, Aker reported.

Collins told Aker that he was working with an attorney to fix the problem.
