Grieving family members said their final goodbyes at the second funeral for a victim of the Rhoden family shootings. Friends of the Gilley family say Hannah Gilley rests peacefully at the Hackworth Hill Cemetery in Otway, Ohio after her funeral services Saturday afternoon.
Dozens of mourners gathered at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway to say a prayer for the young woman found murdered near Piketon last Friday.
In Otway, Ohio, about 30 minutes south of Piketon, family and friends of the Gilley family came to say goodbye to 20-year-old Hannah Gilley. She was found murdered, along with her fiancé Frankie Rhoden, and six other members of the Rhoden family near Piketon.
Close friends of the Gilleys tell 10TV the family was surrounded by a lot of support Saturday at the funeral home.
A procession of more than 20 cars left the Otway funeral home to lay Gilley at her final resting place.
The funeral for victim Gary Rhoden was held Thursday in Kentucky.
A funeral for Frankie Rhoden, his parents and two siblings will be held Tuesday in West Portsmouth.
A benefit for Hannah Gilley will raise money for her funeral expenses and headstone. The event goes from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 7 at Beril’s Bar and Grill in Piketon.
A dinner, poker run and Chinese auction are scheduled.
