Police identify 21-year-old suspect in deadly shooting at Columbus strip club last weekend

The Columbus Division of Police announced a warrant has been filed for the arrest of 21-year-old Travis Ingram Jr. from Canton.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Police have identified and charged a man in connection with a shooting that left one person dead and three others injured at a northeast Columbus strip club early Sunday morning.

The Columbus Division of Police announced a warrant has been filed for the arrest of 21-year-old Travis Ingram Jr. from Canton.

Ingram is charged with the murder of 37-year-old Charles Smith and the felonious assault of the other three victims.

Police were called to The Doll House Columbus, located in the 1600 block of Karl Court, shortly after 2 a.m. following reports of a shooting.

Officers arrived at the scene and found Smith. He was pronounced dead by medics at 2:28 a.m.

Two other victims were taken to the hospital in what officers described as "stable condition." The fourth victim was grazed by a bullet and treated at the scene.

In late September, two people were shot and three others were injured after a large fight broke out in the parking lot of the business.

One person was critically injured in a shooting that started at the club and continued north on Karl Road in early November.
