SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio — A Scioto County man was arrested for allegedly pandering sexual material involving a young boy while playing online video games.

The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the FBI about a possible suspect in the Minford area.

Investigators found that 27-year-old Nicholas Ramieri was playing Fortnite online with boys. Authorities said he would offer to buy a boy games and gaming items if he performed sexual acts on Zoom. While watching the boy, he would allegedly perform sexual acts for the boy to watch.

Deputies executed a search warrant at a house on White Gravel Dewey Road where they seized gaming systems, computers and cellphones.

Ramieri is charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor and disseminating material harmful to a juvenile. Because of the ongoing investigation and more victims coming forward, additional charges could be filed.

Ramieri is being held at the Scioto County jail on a $125,000 bond.
