COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Division of Police has identified the person who was shot and killed in North Linden Monday evening as a 26-year-old man.
Police said first responders were called to the 1100 block of East Weber Road for a reported shooting. Medics found Kenjuan Howard at the location with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at 6:45 p.m.
On Monday, police released photos of three persons of interest in the shooting.
According to a release, Howard and three persons of interest were seen in the area having a conversation before they were seen leaving in different directions. At some point, shots were fired, and the victim was struck.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Tuesday. The other two persons of interest are no longer wanted by police.
