COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Division of Police arrested a suspect accused of shooting and killing a man on the city's northeast side two months ago.
Officers were called to Arlington Park Apartments in the 2600 block of Divot Place for a reported shooting on Oct. 17.
Police said officers found 38-year-old Anthony Cato outside of the building with a gunshot wound. He died from his injuries hours later.
According to a release, an arrest warrant was filed against 36-year-old Keith Hairston. A Columbus police SWAT unit arrested him on Wednesday. Police say he has been charged with murder.
