COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Franklin County grand jury indicted a man charged with shooting and killing two men and wounding two others outside a south Columbus bar last year.
On Aug. 1, officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the Old Landmark bar on Rumsey Road for a reported shooting.
Police said an altercation at the bar turned into a shooting. Two people died from their injuries and three others were injured.
Brody Sieber, 39, was indicted on two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and one count of having weapons under disability, according to police.
Sieber was one of the three people injured during the incident.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-8477.
