FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio — A 37-year-old man accused of fatally stabbing one person at a Roosters restaurant in west Franklin County was arrested on Saturday.
According to Franklin County Municipal Court documents, Jorge Gallardo and an unnamed victim got into an argument at the restaurant located at 4650 West Broad Street around 10:30 p.m.
The argument turned into a fight and Gallardo allegedly stabbed and killed the victim with a multi-tool.
Detectives interviewed witnesses who confirmed the argument and fight between the victim and Gallardo.
During an interview with detectives, Gallardo said he used his hands defend himself from the victim while holding the tool, but he doesn't remember stabbing the victim or where he put the tool.
Gallardo is charged with murder and is being held on a $1,000,000.
