UPDATE: Marysville Police have arrested and charged one suspect with felonious assault after an attack on a man in Eljer Park Thursday.
The suspect in custody has been identified as 31-year-old Richard Adam McVay.
Police say more charges could be filed against McVay and others as the investigation continues.
Two men are wanted in connection for the assault on a 77-year-old man in Marysville.
According to police, the assault took place at 401 E. Ninth St. in Eljer Park on January 21.
The victim was sitting on a bench near the baseball fields when the two suspects approached him.
After a conversation, the suspects attacked the victim and left him lying on the ground.
The victim drove himself to a hospital. His condition is unknown.
The suspects were described as two white males, one wearing a camouflage jacket. They fled the scene in a small dark colored pick-up.
