A Union County man will spend seven years behind bars on two child endangering charges.
According to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Christopher P. Farker was sentenced to seven years and currently is at the Southeastern Correctional Institution.
An appeals court upheld his 2011 conviction on Tuesday.
Farker’s victim was a 4-month-old infant diagnosed with shaken baby syndrome.
