A man has been convicted of kidnapping, arson and murder in connection with a 29-year-old woman's death.
LaFonse Dixon was found guilty by a jury on Thursday.
Dixon, 34, was on trial for the murder of Celeste Fronsman of Canton.
She was found beaten and burned in August of 2012 along state Route 208. She died two days later. Before she passed away, she gave detectives two names of the people who she said hurt her.
Two women arrested in connection with the case, Katrina Marie Culberson and Monica Washington, pleaded guilty to avoid the death penalty.
