A judge ordered a man accused in a deadly shooting held under $1 million bond on Friday.
Joey Davis' father, Jeffrey Stewart, was killed when he was caught in the crossfire of a Memorial Day shooting.
Police spent two days searching for Davis, 30, after the shooting. He was caught and arrested on Wednesday.
Both Davis and Thomas Benford, also accused in the shooting, were charged with murder.
Police arrested Benford a short time after the shooting. He was ordered held under $1 million on Wednesday.
Investigators said that they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the shooting.
