The Athens County Sheriff’s Office is hunting for an inmate who walked away from a job site a day ago.
26-year-old Orville Lee Mullett, an inmate at the SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville, fled the work site on Wednesday, according to the sheriff’s office. Authorities did not provide the location of the site where Mullett fled.
The escapee is described as a white male, 5’10”, 120 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue coat with a hood, black sweatshirt, light colored blue jeans and gray shoes.
Mullett may be with his girlfriend Jessica McKee, 27, also from Piketon. McKee was last known to drive a 2004 light blue Hyundai Santa Fe with plate # DMC 9363.
