The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office said they arrested an inmate who escaped from the Guernsey County Jail Saturday.
Authorities say 35-year-old Budd Allen Cobb was arrested Saturday night without incident in the 300 block of Byesbille road in Cambridge.
Cobb had escaped the jail and fled east towards Woodlawn Avenue just after 9:00 AM. Deputies said escape charges are pending. The Cambridge Police Department helped with the arrested.
Cobb was serving time for robbery and arson charges.
