A Dublin Police lieutenant will retire in September after serving 22 years on the force.
Lt. John DeJarnette will retire on September 21st.
Lt. DeJarnette was placed on paid administrative leave in June of 2014.
Since then, Dublin Police have been conducting an internal investigation.
Dublin Police tell 10TV Lt. DeJarnette's announcement ends that internal investigation.
