WEST VIRGINIA, USA — A man accused of fatally shooting another man near the Wedgewood Village Apartments earlier this month was arrested by federal authorities in West Virginia.
Gabriel Hosings, 20, was charged with murder for allegedly using a firearm to shoot and kill 34-year-old Shawn Overly on Dec. 10.
The Columbus Division of Police was called to the 3700 block of Briggs Road where officers found Overly who was shot in the stomach.
Overly was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition where he later died.
