The Columbus Main Library will be shutting down for renovations on April 12.
The building, located at 96 South Grant Avenue, will suspend services on that day.
The building is expected to remain closed until August 2016, according to the Board of Trustees.
Library workers will be moved to branch locations and work on special projects during this time.
